Description The Nebraska Innovation Zone Commission (NIZC) received a grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration to complete a regional comprehensive plan for the six-county (Douglas, Sarpy, Cass, Saunders, Washington and Lancaster), Omaha and Lincoln metropolitan areas along the Intestate 80 corridor.
